Terms and Conditions

Please read before placing your order:

ℹ️General

General:
- If there’s something the Artist cannot do, they will let you know or suggest an alternative.Queue:
- There may be orders ahead of yours, which could affect the delivery time.
- Commissions are worked on in the order they are accepted.Timeframe:
- Commissions may take up to 2 months to complete after payment. The timeline could change if major revisions are requested.
- It might take less time, but some ideas may require more.
- 🙏🏻Please be patient! The Artist sets a 2 month timeline to ensure quality and avoid rushing. Commissions are handled in a timely manner according to a detailed list and schedule.Custom TAVs:
- If you don’t own a 3D model of your Custom TAV, the Artist can help extract the vanilla version from the game (without mods).
- For custom TAVs with mods, you must provide the model and proof of permission from the mod creator.

💰Payment Terms

Pricing:
- The cost will be agreed upon before starting the commission.
- Payments are in AUD, so the amount may vary in your currency.Payment:
- Full payment must be made upfront.Payment Method:
- Payments can be made via Stripe or Paypal - an invoice will be provided to you.
Prices are subject to change in future

✏️Revisions

Minor Revisions:
- Small changes like pose, color, or lighting are included in the price during the review stage.Major Revisions:
- Big changes to the original brief may cost extra and extend the delivery time.Revision Limits:
- Revision requests must be made before the final rendering, with up to 3 revisions allowed.Final Render:
- Once the final render is complete, no further additions can be made.

👉🏻Client Responsibilities

Provision of Materials:
- The Client must provide all needed references (e.g., images, sketches, GIFs, videos).Timely Feedback:
- The Client agrees to give prompt feedback to keep the project on schedule.No Response:
- If no response is received from the client, the artist will let you know that your commission will be put on hold. No further work will be made to your commission until they have recieved confirmation from you.

🛡️Usage Rights

Artist's Rights:
- The Artist will retain full ownership and rights of the artwork created.
- The Artist may use the commissioned work in their portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials.Restrictions:
- The Client may not use the Artist's artwork for AI generation, NFTs, reselling, or printing on media intended for distribution.
- The Client must not share the unwatermarked version of the Artist's work.
- If the Client would like to share the watermarked version, credit of the Artist would be most appreciated ❤️

⛔Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation:
- If no payment has been made, the Client can request to cancel the order by sending a message via email.Artist Cancellation:
- During the creation phase, the Artist can choose to cancel the project if the Client breaches any of these terms at any time.
- The Artist can refuse to create a commission for any reason.Refunds:
- If the Client requests a refund through a third party, the Client will forfeit all rights to the artwork as described in the Artist’s Rights section, including any limited usage permissions granted. The Artist will retain full ownership and rights of the artwork. Additionally, the Artist will no longer accept any future commission requests from the Client.
- Refunds are only made within 48 hours from submitting your payment, assuming the Artist has not started your project. The Artist will inform you once your project has started.

🤫Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

🔹 Does your Tav need to be extracted? If so, I’ll need some screenshots of them in the Magic Mirror. If you have a list of the components they use, that would be incredibly helpful!
🔹 If your Tav is modded, I’ll need permission from the mod creator to use their assets—unless it’s a creator I’ve already spoken to or have prior permission from.
🔹 If you’ve already extracted your custom Tav, please provide the Blender file.✅ Additional details:
